Last photo looks like ground elder.  Now that IS a weed and quite difficult to get rid of.

I have resorted to using chemicals in the garden to get rid of it(luckily do not have it on the allotment)
Aparently you can eat ground elder. :unsure:

I've just seen something very similar to the 2nd photo-anemone what do the rest of you think? I did think it looks familiar but then I did think the 'ground elder' did as well. :ohmy:
