I want to move clemencies into a new garden what's the best way I going about it thanks

Never tried it but presume you want to move them now? I would get a deep pot to accommodate their roots, cut the main growth off, plant in compost or soil with a sprinkle of bonemeal, and keep either in a greenhouse and/or wrap the pot with some insulation like bubble-wrap or whatever to prevent the roots from freezing.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
