Howdi do everyone.
I've just bought some bocking 14 root cuttings and have them potted up in 6" pots....now where is best to keep them? On a windowsill? Unheated conservatory? I just don't know....well it is my first year

Just chuck them in the ground where you want them to grow!   They root very easily!

I stuck mine in loo rolls last year until they grew a little then planted them out in a Comfrey Patch - unusable area on my plot - looking for other locations I can plant some more this year.

As GA says, they don't need mollycoddling. After all they're soon going to have to put up with what the weather throws after them permanently.

I put mine outside in a deep tray, (yes a cat litter tray), until I could get them to the plot. That actually was a little while and loo rolls would not have cut the mustard. The 6' pots will be fine kept outside.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I thought as much......I haven't got the area that they will be going in ready yet....was a new plot and in still digging years of nettle roots out, ah well I'll just leave them in the conservatory to get started...thank you!

I got mine off ebay in March last year and stated them off in the loo rolls and they grew and went in their final place really quickly. Following your example I have just bought some cat litter trays from the £1 shop, is there anything you don't use them for DD ?
