Title: How to get rid of Buddleja & Vinca from my drive

I would like to replace the fence in my front garden and at the same time im thinking of taking up some of the driveway and making a flower bed, but there is Buddleja & Vinca growing through the paving and no matter how much it try to get rid of them they just come back. (and belive me ive tried everything for the last 3 years to get rid of them) Does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of them for good?

I have vinca all over my front and back garden, no matter what I've tried I can't get rid of it, no sooner do you think you've got it then it pops up somewhere else. Unless anyone else got any tips i would say that you just got to learn to live with it...thats what i've done now. :)
