I have just aquired a single furrow reversible plough for my Merry Tiller,i have had a go and its very impressive, its going to save a lot of work back end. If you ever get chance of one for yours and you have the work for it i recommend one but they are very hard to find. Mick

So how does the machine pull it? Do you replace the tines with a tyre?

Hi John yes you take the blades of and replace with small tractor wheels mine are 1200 x 4,then i put counter balance weight on the front, once you have got every thing set up its just so easy, it will plough a foot deep with ease and is nice to see the soil roll from of the breast of the plough.  Mick

I have been on the net this evening and found that my plough is made by a Japenese company called  Niplo Matsuyama and they make them in diffrent sizes. Mick

I have just got a plough and I think its great. much better than rotovating.
I am going to make a five tine cultivator and crumbler and try to avoid rotvating at all.
always have a target
and an objective.

I find mine a pain to use in weeds above 2-3" . But it only means strimming first. I have a more standard plough with a cutiing wheel as well which leaves a neater job. But it only goes one way so you have to reverse to the start of the row each time.
