Title: Now, How's that for a POPPY !

Arrived a few years ago on the wind.

No idea as to the variety and seeds available in due course. :lol:

Very nice! :D I'm growing some lovely pink frilly-flowered ones this year from seed given to me by a kind friend. :) I hope to be able to show pictures at some point but they're nothing like that size yet!  :lol:

Very nice, Tony. That type is referred to as a peony poppy due to the thick clustering of petals like peonies.

Thats lovely...my OH has gone poppy mad lateley in the garden....could I please beg some seeds off you in due course?

No bother at all.  I'll save some just for you.   Please send me your address and I'll send them to you just as soon as their ready.   The seeds are extremely fine so carefull opening.

Stunning. I've got a few of those myself grown from seed the in-laws saved from some 'weeds' that invaded their plot :D

I'm loving that poppy. I have no luck growing opium poppies, so grow orientals instead.

It was there chrissie, it appears to have been removed from photobucket since it was originally posted. Perhaps Tony did this unintentionally and might put it back for us. :)

I hope so because it was truly stunning and I wanted to show my OH but it disappeared within a few days.
