Sorry can I also ask does anyone have any ideas re:paths? Is there anything I could put down that a/ wouldn't wash away and b/would help keep the mud non slidy, I don't fancy the bruising as mentioned above.

For my paths I used bark chippings, but first I dropped the level a bit and pu the exess in the rasied beds to get the level up a bit.
