Do any of you pickle cucumbers with succes, we have six marketmore cucumber plants that are going mad in the pollytunnel, also have alot of chillies that will be ready soon and we dont want tio waste any.

recipes please as we have never tryed to pickle anything before

Can't help with the cukes but chillies both dry and freeze well

I have had good success with pickling cucumbers. They last a long time. We are just coming to the end of last year's so we are putting them in salads mainly...... The pickling liquid adds to the dressing.
