Chickens not going to bed at night

I checked my insurance.  I aint risking being ankle bit to death by removing TV from boys room. 

Actually its more complicated...

we had same problem with our chickens a couple of weeks ago - once they get into a habit it can be hard to break too..turns out a hedgehog was creeping into the run and sleeping in the nesting box at night!  we now check every night for hedghogs but for a couple of weeks we had to carry them in at night - they'd be sitting in our kitchen window boxes falling asleep!  Now we herd them in earleir with some corn so is slwoly getting back to normal...

One question what time are you trying to put them to bed?  With summer and light nights mine are staying up till past 10pm.
