I harvested my first lot today they are "cambridge" they taste nice but they go soft very quickly is it just common to this variety ??  this is their second year and they were like it last year, some of them are only just beginning to ripen and are soft :blink:

Cambridge are a trusted favourite so I doubt there is anything wrong with the variety in general.

I suspect it's due to too much water and cool temps.
