WI is the flower dieing back but no broad been is it to much rain

Mine looked like this last year and I still had a lot of broadbeans. I think first when the flowers are dying back the seedpods have to develop so you don`t really see them until they are a bit bigger. Mine look like this again at the moment but it should be fine.

within a few days you'll see the first tiny pods appearing from 'inside' those blackened petals

Few i was just about to ask this question as mine look the same, and i too was wondering whether or not i would get any BB's.

Mine were/are like this too - though you don't have the slick of balck aphids that I have...You should see the beans developing soon. Almost every one of my flowers that fell off has now got a bean developing.

Basically, when the flowers die, that's when you get the seed pods developing.
