Used coffee grounds from most of the coffee chains.  I have a regular supply as they bag and give it away.  Add it to the compost heap aswell

brill !!! why didn,t i think of getting it that way ooh yeah i know cos i,m just a little bit thick and slow nowadays but thank,s will start begging at coffee houses very soon,also like the idea of slugs not liking it
