i sowed my kelsae seed just befor Christmas, took a few weeks to show  now there just dying off,i pulled 1 up an theres not much root,,,i think i made a mistake by adding some blood fish an bone to compost,,,any ideas  thanx

They certainly didn't need FBB but I'm not convinced that's the problem.

Where are you growing them?  Are they rotting at the base of the seedling?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

sown indoors on window sill ,now there in the cold conservatory,,,an yes maybe too wet  i sat them in a tray of wate an inch deep to start with

My compost has been outside nearly all winter and what I intend to do when planting is to fill my trays, press to firm and then leave them a day or two inside to warm up to room temperature and then plant the little babies.  Mine too are in the conservatory on the windowsill :D

Sounds like they're a bit too wet and a bit too cool at the same time. Too heavy a hand at watering is the death of most seedlings. They need only just enough, regularly, to keep going, and no more.  Once they get growing, then you can harden them off in a cooler area.
