Guava plant in the office
« on: September 23, 2010, 17:33 »
I recently started a new job and my potted guava plant that is not looking that healthy.  Do you think that it could be lack of sun?  It is not near a window.   Before hand it was at home and spent the summers out in the shade.  It spent the winters by a north facing window.

Could be the dry atmosphere isn't suiting it. I stand all my houseplants including strelitzia rubber plants and ficus benjamin outside in the shade and they love it. They always sulk when they have to come indoors again for the winter. Maybe misting it from time to time will help.
