Stone paths
« on: May 03, 2010, 22:32 »
Ive read on a thread (sorry cant remember which one ) in the last couple of  days about using the stones that come to the top as a path.

Well today was the first time ever i was glad to pick up stones as i weeded! , i put them in my pocket and then dropped them down where i have a path. Im looking forward now to 'finding' some more tomorrow.

Why i never thought of this myself before i dont know  :D.

The only down side i can see is i now walk home with dirt all around my pockets lol
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

Very clever, if only I had more stones ::)
If you want to be happy for a short time - get drunk.

If you want to be happy for a long time - fall in love.

If you want to be happy forever - take up gardening!

I have an 18in paving stone path between the beds which I wanted to widen by a foot or so.
over the last 2 years I have 'widened' about 8ft with the raked up stones..........so I'm getting there  :D
