Breaking news (by which I mean breaking stupidity).

Near my office in Atlanta is a high-speed highway where two "interstate highways" are joined, six lanes in each direction of travel. Yesterday, a co-worker witnessed two "rocket scientists" riding down this highway on their electric scooters!!! ... And by rocket scientists, I mean confirmed idiots.
