Experimented today with 'mini' toads, using small chunks of sirloin, pre-pan-fried a bit then oven baked in a jam tart tray with the batter for half an hour...

Hopefully fab cold as well!

Had a break from runners, as they're going bonkers again...

Was supposed  to be a  thai  prawn curry but could'nt find the coconut milk in  the freezer so meatballs in a tomato sauce instead with garlic bread.

I had a well known brand of Cornish style pasty just after lunchtime and it's left me without a desire for tea and not because it was filling. Won't be buying one of those again.

I've been having a burger or some bacon with just runners, Mum, and if there's a baked tom somewhere as well, it's not a bad mix!

cajun chicken and pilua rice, next door broght some strawberries round last night so were having those with ice cream , just a thank you gift as OH does there lawns  :)

Oven baked salmon with stir fried noodles & veg for me with a sweet chilli dressing for me & oven chips & peas for himself , baked tomato halves as well for us both.
