Hi I have a container grown bisetti bamboo will it be okay to repot it now late august? Or should I leave it until next year? thanks.

It should be fine to repot now.  There are still 6 weeks or so when it will be putting out new roots into the compost.  Just make sure it doesn't sit soaking wet all winter.  Raising the pot up on pot feet or bricks will make sure it drains properly
