:? Hi all,
Im new to all this, I have recently taken over an allotment, well Im nearly new I took it over in April (what a mess it was). What if anything can I sow now for an early start. Can I also plant Kale and caulifower plants, as I bought some, Im just hoping they need no protection.

Hi and welcome. Seems late for Kale and caulifower but do plant them since you've bought them - no cover needed unless you've got pigeons / rabbits. Garlic and Jerusalem Artichokes is about all I'd be planting now.

Hi, Thanks for the advise, Ive just ordered the jerusalem artichoke, do you know If I could plant globe artichoke if its a plant.
