wondered if anyone can help me.

i planted a spaghetti squash around the first week of june and its gone crazy i reckon i have got about 7 squash about the size of a large rugby ball. 1 or 2 are a lot bigger.

does anybody know if they go yellow once they have been picked or do they ripen on the vine.

im wondering if i pick one would it just rot and die. they are a very pale green colour at the moment.

Leave them to ripen/change colour on the plant
