hi ordered my potatoes locally 1 stone of foremost and 1 stone of kestrel not coming till first week in march is that ok to chit and plant out april or am i too late

You're never too late to chit spuds - mainly because you don't have to.

Doing so helps break their dormancy earlier, just start them when you get them.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
