Title: we have water?

after around 40 years of no water one of our plot holders came up with the idea of tapping into a spring that constantly runs near the allotments

so he piped the water to several location round the allotments taps and all so we can now enjoy free water what a good idea why didn't we think of that 40 years ago

he has also got involved in introducing more people to take up an allotment and sprayed all the allotments not taken and introduced some parts of the allotment that cant be used for planting into a habitat for wildlife

so things are looking up for all of us down the allotments thanks to a little inspiration and effort to make thing beter

Would there be any regulations about abstracting from water sources in your area?

We had a great bloke doing this, but there was hell to pay from the pathetic 'authorities', however useless they were.

He just said 'a rude word', and went off and did domething even more useful, but that was because he was like that.
