And the same here, really depressing as 'they' said it was going to get milder.  Paul had a Hospital appointment this morning so had the day off and we booked  an appointment at the dump.  Got cold and damp getting rid of our and FIL's rubbish that couldn't go in the wheelie bin.

It may just be my general outlook of late, but this has to be one of the dullest, darkest and most grey winters I can recall.

Damp with patchy cloud, no actual sunshine, but feeling mild at 11C.

14c still cloudy and rain overnight... BUT we have some weak sunshine enough to create shadows.  I've opened everything up to get some fresh air in, now if it would just stay like this.

Me too.  I think the fact that last summer was a wash out hasn’t helped.  It’s always the same as soon as the media outlets start screaming about drought and heat waves - cue British weather at its finest for months on end

I work outside and have done for over 20 years and this has been the darkest wettest windiest most miserable period of weather that I can remember

Steady drizzle all morning, the noise in the night indicates rougher weather,  where are the winds(gales) they predicted.  The trees in the garden have hardly waved all day.

After yesterdays disgusting weather it's been quite pleasant today

Sat at a table outside the coffee shop, listening to a friend, who bought my coffee, and it was all very pleasant, and I think the washing is almost dry in front of south facing patio door.
