This was blown from the front of our house to the back of the back garden.  That was just the largest piece.

Oh wow, good job you weren’t out in it!

We were ! We were trying to fix a rope to it to tie it down when a HUGE gust took the 8 ft section up into the air and deposited it 100 ft away in our back garden  

We weren’t injured (luckily) but I was blown off my feet and grazed my hand. 

Our builder came round this morning to cost out the repair.

Grey, foggy or misty, ( whichever you want to call it) and really miserable.  Fog lights and headlights on every journey.  The wind started picking up about about  11am and is now whistling round the house. Rain on and off all day.   One customer all day, but I'm busy doing the Vat return so it was nice to work in peace.

It got gusty here from about 3, I opened the door because the cat was crying outside and rather than just walk, he got blown in

Everyone still safe ? The change in wind direction did us no favours. I heard a few tiles/parts of tiles slide down the roof overnight and there as large limb torn from a tree in the park which has take out all the lighting and electrical cables.

It's settled down a bit now but sill breezy, 6c and dry so far with the standing water drying fast in the wind.

Bad luck Lardman 
By the time I went to bed the wind was dropping and this morning it is sunny, 9C, with only a very slight breeze.

The tiles are a problem for future Lard, they're spalling and breaking up anyway so as long as there are no big holes I'm counting it as a win.

Flat-out pouring rain this morning.  Currently 23^oC (not a typo) and sunny.
