You will need to worm for 7 days. I assume it is the 1% powder.

Weigh 2kg of food and add 1 level scoop of flube.

Feed them that and nothing else, no treats etc.

If they finish that food before the 7 days you will need to mix another lot (or you could mix 1/2 scoop to 1 kg of food if you think they wont get through another 2kg) but they must have it for 7 days.

I add a spoon of  olive oil to the feed before putting the flube in and give it all a really good mix. It helps the powder stick to the pellets.

The dosage will depend on what flubenvet percentage you have, either the 1% or 2.5%.

For the 1% mix 6g (one level measure, which is supplied) to 2kg of pellets.

For the 2.5% mix 6g to 1kg of pellets.  http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=70506

They only eat a certain amount each day so the dosage is worked out by that.  You would need to mix larger quantities, using more flubenvet at the same ratio for a larger flock.   :)

Mrs. Chook. what about trying this. I put a pinch of Flubenvet in a small amount of  cooked rice or sunflower hearts, that my three will eat in one go, adding a drop of veg. or Olive oil to make it all stick together. I give them this first thing for breakfast so they eat it all up before they go out. I do this for 7 days and thats it job done. As I only have three it works well for mine.

Some people do it once or twice a year.  If you have wild birds using the same area as your hens especially pigeons best to do them 3 to 4 times a year.  If whilst worming you can see large amounts of dead worms in their poo you may need to re-treat in a few weeks.  Have a look at the photos on here.

Wouldn't the second mixture be five times the dose of the first?!
two daughters, nine hens, two goldfish, three cats ...

I so something similar - at least twice a year and whenever we get new birds.

It is 2.5 times stronger than the 1% but the amounts are so tiny and measuring is not accurate so the dosage is worked out at 1/2 the amount of pellets compared with the 1%.

I feed mine organically and couldn't find any worming treatments locally so purchased the Diametrous earth animal grade and mix it in with their feed whenever i fill their feed container every 3 days.  It covers all of the pellets in a fine dusting and you hardly use any at all.  I bought 2 x 1 kilo bags and have hardly used the any of the first bag in almost a month now so it seems very economical.

I have no idea if it works is there any way you can check?
