Remove the cling film straight away or they'll go mouldy or scorch the leaves.
They now need to be put in the lightest place possible with as constant a temprature as possible of around 10degrs minimum.
Wait until their first true leaves apear (not seedling leaves) then prick them out and pot on into 3" pots.

If you're doing them indoors, don't forget the aluminium foil placed behind the seedlings to reflect the light.

They'll be OK for a little while in those cups but you'll probably need to consider putting them into bigger pots if they get too big in a month or so.
