when i went to feed the chooks they were all in the big run which is where ive planted my pumpkins , 30 lettuce , goosberries , tay berries , melons , chillis , and i was devastated ,the night before one of the chooks got out of there normal run, as i was feeding them i caught it evetually with the help from my mate and put it back in the coop . but i had undone the door from the run so it would be easier to get it back in when i caught it ,but forgot to lock the pen door so when they got up one must have pushed against the pan door and it opened thus no green stuff left , my own fault i think the pumkins may grow back and the tayberries but the rest there is nothing left at all not even stems.so sad not having a good year so far.

lol, we live and learn, no borders left under the established shrubs, but they are leaving the lawn alone, so glad i did not have them up at the allotment, i would have had nothing left.
