It's a delightful 92 F / 33 C in Athens, Georgia, full sun. There is no breeze, no rain, nor clouds to alter the effect.

The ground is baked and cracked except where I water.  We are supposed to have a good shot at rain each day for the next 7 days, it can't come soon enough.

It started off nice enough - sunny, warm and with a good breeze.  It's clouded over again now though and it's just grey, muggy and still.

Blessed by a slow, steady soaking rain  .  More days like this expected this week.

We managed a fair amount of rain late evening and overnight, enough to make it soggy in the park this morning.  At least making use of the greyness.

This morning is more of the same grey, mild, muggy stillness. If I'd bothered to plant any tomatoes this year I'd be serious concerned about blight at the moment.

Damp grey start, had a few drops overnight by the look of things. Cool 10ºC and a bit breezy. It's strange here, the late afternoon and evening are often lovely even if the day was miserable. Fingers crossed!

More heavy rain overnight, grey and drizzly now, plus a gusty 'breeze' - not very nice at all, and so much I should be doing on the plot *sigh*
