Title: Pekin laying patterns
Post by: Ben_H on April 01, 2012, 18:20
I've been told that Pekins lay between 100-150 eggs a year. Can anyone please tell me whether this would normally be a few days in a row with a gap or whether it's one every 2-3 days?

I'm trying to work out whether I have two birds laying or just one as this is the third day in a row there has been a pekin egg. The colours are broadly similar so I don't think it is enough variation to decide using colour alone.

Cheers
