cooked my marrow yesterday ,just hollowed it out and bunged in mince onion and some herbs.put the top back on it and put in oven for 30 mins.it went down a treat.my 2 yr old son had seconds

Did exactly the same on Monday night. I had two marrows but one was going yellow and a bit soft at the end, so I picked it and stuffed it with lamb mince, rice, tomatos and allotment garlic and red onion. Did it for an hour, though. Having neglected to have kids, I had it all to myself. :twisted:

mellowmick, had the misfortune to watch telly the other day and found out that we are apparently committing "gene suicide" by not having kids - in my case I feel this is probably no great loss to the world and humankind...
