Title: Herbs for chickens
Post by: Trillium on May 05, 2013, 17:42
Although I don't keep chickens right now, I plan to get more in the near future. So I've been reading up on herbals for chickens and found some very useful articles that others might benefit from:

Supplements (http://frugallysustainable.com/2013/05/herbs-for-chicken-health-how-to-make-an-herbal-feed-supplement-for-backyard-chickens/)

Nest boxes (http://www.fresh-eggs-daily.com/2012/01/nesting-box-herbs-chicken-aromatherapy.html)

Spring eggs (http://www.backyardpoultrymag.com/issues/5/5-2/herbs_for_spring_eggs_and_breeding.html)

Note: herbs don't guarantee anything but if you worry about chemicals this might be a good option for you.
