Title: courgette chutney

just cracked open the first jar of courgette chutney and it has the wow factor and now im wishing i had made more but next year will soon be round so i will start getting some new jars in .
you put it in yourr mouth and the flavour just creeps up on you and is very satisfying .
the recipie is the one from the recipie slot on the forum .

its similar but i like the forum one will have to wait till its all gone befor ii make more .

I did exactly the same thing but with blackberry jam in the autumn, never made enough :evil:
And like you Chrissie, I am collecting jars ready for next year :wink:
