I am in desperate need of a petrol strimmer/ brush cutter. Is there such a thing as a cheap one? I really don't have a lot of money to spend, looking at £50 to £70 really.

 Try ebay , I got one for 50 quid ,from gardenlines its a 26cc model nothing special but does the job for me

You might get a bit of a "name" reconditioned for that price on eBay too, or just second hand.
