Does anyone know what type of mushroom this is is it a jack o lantern false chanterelle gills not brittle not planning on eating it just curious 👍

Doesn't look like either. Jack o lanterns glow in the dark. If it were rounder I'd say it was a brown roll rim, but it seems to uneven for that

Could be a paxillus and not edible (I note that you say you're not planning on eating it anyway).
