Broad beans

Hello all.

I've noticed a few of our stored (frozen) broad beans are becoming discoloured, any ideas why?

Did you blanch them before freezing?

Some where blanched some weren't, do you think that could be the problem?

Oh yes, I think it is.

I know it seems a faf to do but now you know why it's important.
