Hi All

Being trying to get blackcurrants today  to make some jam, but can not get any.

Question is can I use frozen ones?

Thanks Jim

I freeze all my jam fruit so I can make it in batches as and when we want it.

same here! ::) still makes lovely jam, or crumble or brandy  :tongue2:
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required
