Raspberry question

it,s not about redcurrants but raspberries can any one tell me how to freeze them without them going mushy I have such a lot this year I,ve made jam and cordial and eat them as well  I ,ve got such a crop this year any suggestions welcome  Mavie

If you freeze them loose on a tray they tend to stay more in one piece (bag up once frozen) but they won't be firm after freezing.

to mumofstig    I thought it would'nt   work .but it was worth asking   thanks for the reply                               I'll just have loads of scones and raspberries and cream  instead of strawberries which this year have been pretty poor mavie
