I have some gravel in the corner of my garden which I place pots of plants on. I took the plants off to re arrange and the extra light has caused the gravel to be taken over by some kind of creeping weed. I’ve done my best to keep pulling up bout it’s running away.

I’d like to reset by taking pots back off, spraying with weedkiller and then placing pots back on. How long should I wait before spraying and replacing the pots?

If you are using a glyphosate weed killer, it should be safe as soon as it has dried on the weed leaves you have sprayed.  To be on the safe side, I would leave it a couple of hours.

My pots on gravel are raised on little feet etc, so they do not come into contact with the gravel, some are in saucers as well.     Good luck,  Mrs Bouquet
