Ours had no food in it until today  :lol:  They couldn't get their delivery through on Friday and they have been playing catch up ever since  ::)

Chicken, onions, carrots and mushroom filling under a cheesy mash topping, with green beans.
As the oven was on I also made a Victoria sandwich, filled it with HM raspberry jam and ate some for tea :)

Chicken & ham pie again(I made 2 訴ndividual ones on Saturday that were big enough for 1 between us!), leftover mustard mash, might use up the cauliflower with a cheese sauce.

Yesterday was Colcannon with bacon and poached eggs, tonight it's meatballs in a tomato/pepper sauce on whatever pasta I can find in the cupboard  :lol: :lol:
