The same thing has happened with my dahlia tubers, some growing well, some half-hearted and some no shows  :( GG.

I've put it down to either low quality compost or perhaps I've over-watered them, so they've rotted

Grow Your Own / Tomato seedlings turned pale yellow??
« Last post by Hampshire Hog on Yesterday at 10:07 »
Good morning all.
I have grown some outdoor tomatoes from seed and have been gradually acclimatising them to the outdoors whilst keeping them indoors overnight. Whilst I am getting close to planting them up in buckets I’m concerned by their colour. They seem to have gone from a healthy green to a pale yellow. I’m wondering whether they are worth saving or if I need to buy some new plants from a garden centre. Appreciate any thoughts.

OH NO!, start cutting down on carbs, slowly
I knew Id become a little more soft and doughy but that's a lot extra. An unfortunate product of poor portion control, now that I don't do anything physical anymore I should stop eating for a family of 4

Having said that, it's Friday, so a few oven chips tonight :nowink: , mushies and beans and whatever I can find in the freezer to go with them.

Good shoes are very important. Go to an old-fashioned shoe shop like I have in Lancaster and they should have some decent and lasting ones, plus they should be able to give you some advice too. They don't always cost mega-bucks either. Ask them if they do any in pink!  :tongue2:

I have always potted-up my large-flowered begonia plug plants in those trays of module cells - 15 to a tray. I know that a few always bite the dust but this year there is quite a variation in size. Some have grown well for this time of year, but some are still quite small. This year I used John Innes No. 2 and earlier on gave them a feed with dilute Tomorite as a little boost. Why does this happen?
