Sahara dust, filthy cars

Anyone else affected? I've got my hosepipe and bucket out just waiting for the sun to go down a little

Ho yes indeed - a distinctly scabrous vehicle (which will have to wait until next week before anything other than windscreen and windows gets cleaned.

Possibly a North-South divide?
The Dales - probably fingerprint marks where God's hand touched the world

On our way up to Scotland on Thursday via Liverpool & Gretna Green, then via Fife on Friday to our holiday destination we noticed an awful lot of cars covered in the red dust.

We're OK on the Eastern side of the Pennines here. The only dust on my car is from my neighbour's extension!! (The builder is actually very tidy  :D )
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
