All the recipes I have found have lemons and citric acid in, is it possible to make this without/ with a different ingrediant as my daughter has a citrus allergy and would be nice if she could join in with a glass?

Sorry, the only recipe I've got has both zest and juice in it (but the citric acid is optional!)

I found one that used ascorbic/tartaric acid instead of the citric acid. So have made it with that and just left out the lemon. I had a little taste whilst stirring it today and it tastes good to me :-)
