It was in gardeners world this month.
1 handful of lemon thyme per person. Rinse under cold water put into teapot preferably with strainer.
 Boil kettle, when ready count for 10 seconds before pouring over L thyme. Leave to brew for 3-5 mins strain. Delicious!
