thanks for the quick reply , had a look it looks good , the recipie is not for me but might give it a go , showed my american frient this site she was well impressed and wants to join once she has internet . thanks again

Hi Chrisie,

A quick reciept for Lemon vodka is to just cut up two lemons and add to a bottle of cheap vodka with enough removed to accomodate the lemons, leave for three days and it is ready to drink.  Strain off the lemons if not drunk within two weeks or the flavour will be too strong, sugar can be added with the lemons but really this should be drunk without.
