Upset my Toms
« on: April 27, 2010, 21:53 »
Decided to start hardening off my plants (fed up with them inside now!) I put some Tom's / Peppers and Aubergines in my plastic greenhouse these have come in fine however the Tom's I left on my garden table have all curled up its been a lovely sunny day albeit a bit breezy - should I keep them in tomorrow or weather permitting put them out I have noticed they are starting to flower so I dont want to upset them too much.

They are Minibel variety

Thanks
Missy

they will have got dehydrated so will need some water. That often happens when you leave them outside when it's breezy. You could bring them back indoors at night as there are still frosts and then put them back out if it's warm.  Mine are still indoors yet and I never get fed up of looking at them  :D

I agree with compostqueen there, and would add mine do that indoors and out but recover fine with some water.
