Welcome to the site  :D

I'll move this over to the cooking storing preserving forum but feel free to pop back into the Welcome forum to introduce yourself and have a proper hello back  :)

With a dozen coats of marine varnish, they will last forever ! ! !

Ensure you cut them from the plant with about 3 inches of stem, wipe them over and leave them in the sun to harden the skins,  turn the marrow so the yellower parts are pointing toward the sun.   Store in the good old "cool dry place".   :D  Cheers,    Tony.

Squash will store ages but I've never had marrows last too long, by a month they're done for.
