I've been away for a week and they have really shot up, how long before I can put them in a grow bag and outside in mini greenhouse?

Pop them out now, they'll be fine in a greenhouse!

Try and get as much stem as possible in the grobag, as they'll make more roots that way, and you'll get a better plant!

Don't worry if they look leggy, they'll be just fine!

I ususally wait until the first flower buds are showing. I planted mine out today.

I would harden them off for a few days first - outside during the day and indoors at night.  Mini greenhouses have very little insulation.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
