Drizzly day so far but hoping it brightens up later this afternoon. It's not too bad, running at 17ºC .

West Wight is grey, overcast and dismal.  East Wight is bright, sunny and cloudless.  The Island is only 26 miles wide but the weather changes in each area.  The north can vary from the south, east from west.  I can be out in the garden in my bikini and Paul can be at the shop in the rain.

Wet overnight - sunny with a bit of a breeze now looking like a reasonable day.

A mix of bright, warm sunshine and heavy clouds. No rain today which is a plus.

A bit overcast, but the clouds are quite high so not as grey as it could be.  We got away with just one decent sized shower yesterday, so I am hoping for the same today.

All this rain means the weeds at the plot are going crazy.  The veg is growing as well, but we all know which grow faster

Just enough rain to make it wet from a light grey sky. Quite chilly at 14ºC but it's still. The trees hardly trembling with the wind.

Quite pleasant sunny at 19c with gentle SW breezes.   Not warm enough for me !

Warm but muggy this morning,then hot & Sunny this afternoon, until the get together with granddaughter & her friends to celebrate finishing school after their first year, then it started spitting with rain until it became torrential! But at least they got to play a little bit in the nearby green space & celebrate grandsons 3rd birthday a bit too.

I did get most of the strimming done before the sky turned ominous, and I dashed home just in time...
