Cloudy start but warm, calm and dry. Nice weather for getting things done outside. Strangely the last hours of the day always seem best here - sunny and warm.

We finally had some rain last night after nearly a month. Less that 2/10ths inch (officially), though I think it may have rained more here than at the weather station.

Bright, high wispy cloud and the low teens already, looks like it's going to be a nice day.

Misty with very fine rain in the breeze under grey skies. Not too cold at 14ºC though.

After waiting nearly 3 hours for June's batch of Windows 10 updates to download and install earlier this morning  I am now the reluctant owner of Microsoft's shiny new (unasked for) taskbar widget. 

Amongst all the other things I don't want it for, it displays the current local weather, which is apparently 16C and 'mostly cloudy.'

It's actually 22.0C with clear blue sky!

Reading tales of Windows 10 update misery make ever so grateful that I have the Pro edition and can set group policies that stop Windows from updating until I'm ready for them!

The overnight low was 10C, but it's a lovely sunny day 
It's 24C with a cooling breeze away from any shelter - in other words it's baking hot in the garden

After a lovely day it's now clouding over and the wind has got up.  It's also spitting in the wind.  They did warn about it being misty and murky for the next two days but there was no mention of rain.

It clouded over yesterday PM and became very muggy, it was rather oppressive during the night. Grey and warm this morning.

And it's about the same today. Complete cloud cover so we won't see the partial eclipse
