Alternating between heavy rain and bright sunshine, I've already got soaked twice today - I've decided to stay inside for the rest of it.

At last we got a share of the rain this morning - about half an inch, at one time falling at the rate of 97mm per hour (but only for a few minutes!)

Chucked it down first thing, a few heavy showers since. Still warm out, though that looks to change tomorrow.

We had a lot of rain last night and this morning (40mm) but the afternoon was quite pleasantly sunny Cooler now though. Autumn is tightening its grip.

Loads of rain in the night but have woken to a beautiful morning, sun breaking through.  Washing on the line.

Grey and misty, 12C with quite a gusty breeze, deffinitely a cardigan on day, thunderstorms forecast for later. Autumn has arrived!
Looking at the forecast for the rest of the week, it's time to harvest all the squash and pumpkins

Soggy overnight and much colder this morning. The forecast torrential rain hasn't shown up yet though and there's even a bit of sunshine about

Well this is odd - a lot better than forecast! Bit of rain overnight / early morning but now it's not raining, patches of blue and calm. About 12ºC which isn't too bad either.

Soggy overnight and very cold early this morning. Bright blue sky, gentle breeze and sunshine at the moment but only 9c and you can feel it in the shade.

Same here, Lardman, just a degree warmer than you first thing. Still not feeling warm even in the sun - it's that gusty NW wind that's spoiling things, here

Late last night there was a big thunderstorm out at sea - great lightshow!

Wet start to the day here but cheered up now - gentle breeze and cool at about 13ºC

just 15 today, but lots of sunshine.  Lots of condensation on all my windows this morning.  I have not resorted to putting the C/H on yet.  Worked in garden all day until just now very blustery and NW winds but still just managed in a short sleeve Tshirt,  put beginning to feel cold now.     Last evening about 9pm, it absolutely poured down and the wind was howling, ok 30 mins later.
